1.Onboarding gate
A partner cannot be set ACTIVE until identity/company verification, required licence information, terms acceptance, data-processing requirements, service-specific compliance documents and admin approval are all complete.
2.Truthful status labels
Labels such as "Government Approved", "Official", "Licensed" or "Verified by Egypt One" may only be displayed where the underlying verification process and retained evidence support that exact claim.
3.Service standards
Partners must honour confirmed bookings, maintain valid licences and insurance, report incidents promptly and cooperate with complaint handling.
