1.Confirmation
A booking is binding once confirmation is issued. Until then, prices and availability are indicative and subject to supplier acceptance.
2.Cancellation
Cancellation windows and fees depend on the supplier product and are displayed before payment. The applicable window is recorded with the booking.
3.Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and issuing bank.
4.Force majeure
Where a service cannot be delivered for reasons outside reasonable control, Egypt One will seek a supplier refund or an alternative date; specific entitlements are reserved pending counsel review.
