Send the work identified, the URL of the material, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, and confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorised agent.
2.Our response
Valid notices are actioned promptly. Material may be removed or restricted while the claim is assessed, and the uploader is notified where appropriate.
3.Counter-notice and repeat infringers
Uploaders may submit a counter-notice. Accounts with repeated substantiated infringements may be suspended or terminated.
